Veterinary Emergency Center is pleased to be a trusted partner in the care of your patients. By providing urgent care in a state-of-the-art facility nearby, we can help you expand the services you offer your patients and their families. Together we can ensure that they are well cared for day and night.
Every pet you refer to us receives the highest quality care from our dedicated and experienced staff. We have incorporated specialized emergency and critical care equipment into our Center to allow us to provide important tests and procedures, including:
- Ultrasound for FAST and T-FAST surveys, as well as complete abdominal studies
- Board Certified Surgery
- Coagulation and blood gas analyses
- Transfusion medicine
- Oxygen therapy
Our goal is to stabilize your patient and work closely with you to arrange a smooth transition back to your care. When patients are unstable or transfer is unsafe, we can provide continued care at our facility, in consultation with you and the pet owners.
Throughout your patient’s stay with us, we maintain contact with you and the pet owner to provide regular updates and complete information about your patient’s treatment and condition. Our medical record system is fully electronic, allowing a seamless and secure transfer of complete, detailed information to your office for follow-up care.
